Thermo-Stone's heating technology can be applied on 400 series stainless steel to create a strong, integrated heater capable of high operating temperatures. An insulative material is first applied, then the conductive thin film is deposited onto the stainless steel, integrating the heater with the substrate. This proprietary process provides instant heatup and minimal energy loss.

Dimensions: From 1” x .1” to as large as 12” x 14”. With hicknesses ranging from .04” to .197”
Voltages: From 3 volts to 300 volts – AC or DC current
