Glass ceramic is a strong and versatile substrate that has many potential applications. This substrate has the benefits of high temperature capacity (up to 400°C), high temperature gradient of 700°C, good mechanical strength and the ability to localize heat. It makes a very efficient radiant heater with an emissivity of 0.95. Rectangular, circular and tubular heater designs are available. (available in black, clear, tan and white)
